発送について
国内、海外共に発送を承ります。通常ご注文を受けた日から7日以内に発送致します。国内発送は通常2-5日、海外は2週間程度かかります。

梱包/発送費：国内一律 300円（追跡あり）
梱包/発送費：海外一律 800円（追跡なし）
＜スカーフ＞
梱包/発送費：国内一律 800円（追跡あり）
梱包/発送費：海外一律 3,500円（追跡あり）
※ 国内の1箇所住所につき、14,000円以上のご注文で送料無料です。
※ 海外の1箇所住所につき、30,000円以上のご注文で送料無料です。
※ 運送会社及び配送日のご指定はしていただけません。
※ 海外のお客様の購入に対して、万が一関税・課税が発生した場合はお客様負担となりますのでご了承ください。
※ 土・日曜および祝日は定休日のため出荷できません。
※ お届け地域によっては、到着が遅れる場合がございますのであらかじめご了承ください。
※ 年末年始・夏季休業・大型連休のため発送が遅れる場合もありますのでご了承ください。
※ 卸売販売のお客様の送料/納期については、別途お問い合わせください。
返品・交換について
原則として不良品、もしくはご注文と異なる商品以外の返品/交換はお受けできませんのであらかじめご了承下さい。 返品/交換をご希望の方は、商品到着日より7日以内にご連絡ください。14日以内に交換を承ります。上記の場合の返品送料は弊社が負担いたします。
Shipping
We ship to many destinations worldwide. Please allow up to 7 days to process your order. Domestic orders generally take 2-5 business days. International orders can take up to approximately 2 weeks to be delivered. All orders ship out of our studio in Kanagawa, Japan with a shipped confirmation email being sent once your order is on the way.

Returns and Exchanges
Please note that we do accept returns or exchanges only for defective items or items that you didn’t order. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by email at [email protected] can be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as they are unused. We will refund the cost of return shipping.
